REFUND POLICY
Recalibrate Balanced Living LLC, aka ‘the Company,’ along with its affiliates, employees, or representatives, warrants that your ordered items and services will be delivered as advertised or supported by manufacturing claims and warranties. The Company offers return or replacement for items not meeting the advertised standards except third-party distributors, manufacturers, or other purchases with coaching. The return and/or replacement of items is subject to manufacturer or third-party policies and is otherwise not permitted for any other reason.
Regarding Events, courses, and other services: Due to the personal nature of the ‘Events’, which involves both mental, physical, and emotional commitment, as well as the confidential preparation involved, refunds are not offered after the first five days following your purchase. If you contact us within the first 3 days to discuss the situation. If you have sponsored a guest, we cannot guarantee refunds or transfers for bookings made as gifts if the intended participant is not ready or able to join or if the participant does not cancel with a 30-day written notice prior to any deadline outlined in the purchase conditions.
